This is a 35 year old, 5’7” & 200 pounds (Her BMI 31; we normally operate when the BMI is below 30, but this was close and an exceptional case). She has given birth to four children. She wanted rejuvenation of her body including tightening of the abdomen and liposuction to help trim selected areas. She also desired some enhancement of her buttock so we agreed to not waste her liposuction fat and inject it into her derriere. She is seen here 3 months after tummy tuck, liposuction of her love handles, inner thigh & back with fat transfer of 680 ml into the right, larger buttock, and 770 ml into the left, smaller buttock. Her fat grafts are soft and natural in feel. Her weight on follow up is 190 pounds. She is thrilled with her new body and is motivated to continue her postoperative fitness program.
