This is a 66-year-old who originally had old silicone implants that ruptured and were switched to saline implants with a breast lift 15 years ago. She had healing problems with the left breast causing a dent in the lower aspect of lower pole of the breast. Now she wanted a revision of the lift, and larger silicone implants. She is seen here 1 year & 2 months after a revision augmentation mastopexy with 457 ml silicone implants.
