This is a young woman who had saline augmentation in the past but thought her implants were too large and she wanted silicone implants.

She wanted smaller implants so she had her existing saline implants removed and replaced going from 350 ml on the right and 325 ml saline on the left to 213 ml silicone bilaterally.

She is happy with the modest change in size and the soft feel of her silicone implants.
