Case 6

This is a 59-year-old who presented with 25-year-old bilateral ruptured silicone implants with severe capsular contracture. She is seen here 3 months after revision augmentation including capsulectomy, removal of ruptured silicone implants and re-augmentation with conversion from the sub-glandular location (over the muscle) to the sub-muscular location using silicone implants.
