This is a 49 year old, 5’3” tall & 103 pounds. She has given birth to two children. She had abdominal laxity with diastasis recti (stretched abdominal muscles), stretched abdominal skin and involution (loss of volume) of her breasts.

She is seen here 1.5 years after her mommy makeover with a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with 265 ml sub-muscular silicone gel implants through an inframammary approach (she also had a tummy tuck at the same time). Her bra size went from a 34B to 34DDD cup.
