This is a 30 year old, 5’7” tall and 120 pounds. She has 3 children, which resulted in significant diastasis recti and stretched abdominal skin with striae (stretch marks). She also wanted enhancement of her breasts to help with cleavage and proportion. She is seen here 6 months after her mommy makeover with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and sub-muscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast augmentation). She has 371 ml smooth, round silicone implants through an inframammary incision.
