This is a 49 year old, 5 foot 4 inches tall and 197 pounds. She has 2 children. She requested rejuvenation of her midsection and breasts.

She is seen here 3 months after her mommy makeover with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of the love handles, and an augmentation mammoplasty. She has 533 ml silicone breast implants through an inframammary fold approach (inserted through the crease under the breast). Her bra size went from a 36C to a 38D.
