This is a 33-year-old woman; height is 5 foot 7 inches & 130 pounds. She has 4 children. She requested breast implants to help with the involutional changes (lost breast volume) after breast-feeding. She also has abdominal laxity with significant diastasis recti (stretching of abdominal muscles) and stretched skin. She is seen here 8 months after her mommy makeover with a tummy tuck and sub muscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) using silicone gel implants through a periareolar approach.  The left breast silicone gel implant has 397 ml; the right breast silicone gel implant is 371 ml. Her breast size went from 36B to a 36D.
