Case 10

This is a 44 year old, 5’6” tall & 128 pounds. She has given birth to four children and has diastasis recti (stretched abdominal muscles) and loose abdominal skin. She also has involution of her breasts with mild ptosis (sag) and requested a conservative augmentation to restore lost volume. She is seen here 1 year after her mommy makeover with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and a sub-muscular augmentation using 240 ml low profile silicone gel implants through an inframammary crease approach. She has some residual laxity in her breasts and we discussed the option of a mastopexy (breast lift) to help tighten the breast and lift the nipple. However, she is very happy with the overall outcome and does not want a breast lift. Her cup size is a C.
