Mommy Makeover

Case 1

This is a 56 year old, 5 foot 4 inches & 120 pounds. She has 4 children with moderate stretching of her abdominal skin and muscles (diastasis recti) and involution of her breasts (loss of volume). She is seen here 4 months after her mommy makeover with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and an augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) at the same time. She has 265 ml silicone gel breast implants through an inframammary approach. Her bra size went from 36A to a 36C.
