Liposuction with mini-tummy tuck and umbilical transposition

This is a 64-year-old who requested rejuvenation of her tummy. She has loose skin with relatively tight abdominal muscles. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the tummy with skin removal and umbilical transposition (belly button re-positioning). This is done with oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia, no need for IV sedation. Recovery no different than liposuction with activity as tolerated and no drains. To complete rejuvenation of the mid-section one could have liposuction of the hips and waist.
