This is a 63-year-old woman requesting rejuvenation of the mid-section. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the abdomen, pubis, hips & waist with lower abdominal skin resection. This is done with a light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia; no need for deep IV or general anesthesia. This minimized down time and risk. No drains and downtime minimal.
