This is a 68-year-old woman who wanted rejuvenation of the abdomen. She is seen here after liposuction of the abdomen and resection of lower abdominal skin. This is done with a light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia; no need for deep IV or general anesthesia. This minimized down time and risk. No drains and downtime minimal.
