This is a 50-year-old woman who requested rejuvenation of her abdominal area. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the upper & lower abdomen, pubis with lower abdominal skin removal (like a mini-tummy tuck). One can see how beneficial the skin excision is for the groin area as it can really clean up the folds in this area: essentially, getting the effect of a tummy tuck below the umbilicus without undergoing the risk and recovery of a full tummy tuck.
