This is a 30-year-old woman who requested rejuvenation of her mid-section. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the abdomen, pubis, hips and waist with a lower abdominal skin resection (Mini-tummy tuck). This is done with a light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia; no need for general or deep IV sedation which minimizes risk and downtime. No drains.
