This is a 60-year-old gentleman who requested rejuvenation of his mid-section. He is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the abdomen, pubis and waist with lower abdominal skin excision (a mini-tummy tuck). This is done with a light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia. No need for general or deep IV sedation. This minimizes risk and down time. Also, no drains used.
