This is a 50-year-old requesting rejuvenation of the mid-section. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the abdomen, mons pubis, hips and waist with lower abdominal skin excision (like a mini-tummy tuck). This is done with a light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia minimizing risk and down time, no drains.
