This is a 52-year-old woman who requested rejuvenation of her mid-section. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the abdomen, pubis, hips, waist and back with a lower abdominal skin excision, or mini-TT. All done with a light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia. She had a total of 4.3 liters of fat removed (over 8 pounds of pure fat).
