This is a 43-year-old woman who had breast implants in the past and overall she was tired of the heavy large breasts. She is seen here after percutaneous deflation of her saline implants under local. She had 400 ml in each implant. Subsequently, we decided to proceed with a mastopexy to lift her breasts.
