Revision Augmentation

Case 6

This is a 61 year old, 5’3” tall and 170 pounds. She has 2 children. She had sub-muscular augmentation 20 years ago with ruptured bi-lumen implants (saline core and silicone exterior), unknown volume. She is seen here 3 months after bilateral capsulectomy and re-augmentation with 560 ml smooth round saline implants. Her bra size went from 36 C to 38 DD and she is happy with her new, soft breasts.
