This is a 75-year-old woman who has wanted a breast reduction for many years. She finally did it! She is seen here 3 years & 9 months after a breast reduction/lift with liposuction of the bra roll area (side breast). She had 440 grams (one pound) removed from the right breast, and 370 grams (0.8 pounds) removed from the left breast. Her bra size went from an “I” cup to a “D/DD” cup. She was kind enough to provide me with before and after photos of her bras, what a difference!!
