Breast Reconstruction

Case 7

This is a 65-year-old woman, 5’6” tall & 134 pounds. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomy. She had immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders, which were exchanged for 450 ml, high profile silicone breast implants.

She is seen here 6 months after her first procedure and 3 months after exchange of tissue expanders for silicone implants. She will need nipple reconstruction to complete her reconstruction.
