Breast Lift with Implants

This is a 48 year old with 2 children. She requested larger, more uplifted breasts. To help tighten, enlarge and rejuvenate her breasts, she had a vertical augmentation mastopexy (breast lift with an implant) using 300 ml saline breast implants.

She is seen here 3 months after her procedure. Her scars are slightly red, but over the next 6 months, they will become pale and imperceptible. Her breast size went from 34 B/C to 34 DD.
