Before and After Photos
This is a 44 year old woman, 5 foot 8 inches & 163 pounds. She has 3 children. She wanted rejuvenation of her breasts with lifting and improved fullness and cleavage.
She is seen here 4 weeks after vertical augmentation mastopexy (breast lift with implants) using 350 ml sub-muscular saline breast implants. Her bra size before was a 36DD, but now fills up the cup with improved shape. The impressions you see around the scars are from silicone strips she is wearing which I recommend for improved scar maturation.
