This is a 27 year old woman, 5 foot 5 inches & 126 pounds. She had a 90 pound weight loss and has 2 children. She wanted her breasts rejuvenated with enlargement and lifting.
She is seen here 4 months after a vertical augmentation mastopexy (breast lift with implant) using submuscular, 345ml saline breast implants. Her scars are nearly faded and will continue to improve. Her breast size was 34B, and is now 34DD.
