This is a 52-year-old, 5’3” tall & 138 pounds. She lost 80 pounds by exercise and diet, true grit! She is seen here 3 months after a vertical augmentation mastopexy (breast implant with lollipop lift). She has 304 ml silicone gel, smooth, round implants in the sub-muscular position. She also had a brachioplasty at the same time and an abdominoplasty a few months prior.
