This is a 46 year old, 5’5” tall & 135 pounds. She has one child. She requested lifted and fuller breasts. She is seen here 3.5 months after a vertical augmentation mastopexy with submuscular smooth round 371 ml moderate profile silicone gel implants. Her bra size went from a 36C to a 34DDD.
