This is a 32-year-old, 5 foot 8 inches tall & 245 pounds. She has 3 children. She requested increased and lifted breasts. She is seen here 7 months after an augmentation with vertical mastopexy (breast implants with lollipop lift). She has smooth, round sub muscular implants with 421 ml in the left breast, and 457 ml in the right breast. Her bra size went from a 38C to a filled 38D/DD.
