This is a 44 year old, 5’ 5” tall & 185 pounds. She has breastfed two children. She requested a mastopexy (breast lift) to help her with her large pendulous breasts.  She is seen here 3 months after mastopexy with removal of   592 grams (1.3 pounds) from the right breast, and 477 grams (1 pound) from the left breast. Her bra size went from a 34G to a 34B/C. She is delighted with her new, perky, more proportionate, symmetric breasts!
