This is a 54-year-old woman who came in requesting rejuvenation of her breasts. She is seen here two years after a mastopexy with removal of 341 grams (0.75 pounds) of tissue from her left breast, and 414 grams (0.9 pounds) from her right breast. Now she is delighted with her lifted, symmetric and more proportionate breasts. At the same time, she had a tummy tuck and liposuction of her hips and waist to complete her mommy makeover. This jump-started her to transform her lifestyle to an active, healthy form completing CrossFit and runs 5 miles per day. While I would like to take credit for the amazing transformation of her body, the real credit goes to her hard work, grit and determination! Way to go!!!
