Breast Lift

Case 17

This is a 53 year-old, 5’6” tall and 170 pounds. She has one child. She came requesting lifted and more proportionate breasts. She is seen here 3 months after a bilateral mastopexy with removal of 509 grams (1.1 pounds) from her right breast, and 568 (1.3 pounds) grams from her left breast. Her bra size went from a 36F to a 36DD. She is delighted with her perkier, more proportionate breasts and she states she has nipple sensation where she had diminished sensation prior to the lift. Her scars will fade and become imperceptible as time passes.
