This is a 54 year old, 5’4” tall & 160 pounds. She has suffered neck and back strain from the bra required to support her disproportionately large, asymmetric, ptotic (saggy) breasts. She is seen here 1 year after reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction) with removal of 827 grams (1.8 pounds) from the right breast, & 1361 grams (3 pounds) from left breast. Her bra size went from 40 DD to 40 A/B. Her scars are fading as expected and will become imperceptible in the next 6 months. She is delighted with more proportionate, symmetric breasts!
