This is a 27-year-old woman, 5 foot 10 inches & 220 pounds (at the time of her breast reduction). She has one child. She has large ptotic (breast sag) breasts and requested a breast reduction to help lift and reduce her breast size. She is seen here 7 months after a mastopexy (breast lift). Congratulations to her for an interval weight loss of 104 pounds! Her breast size went from a 38DD to a 34B. She now wants a tummy tuck!
