Breast Lift with Implants

This is 48 year old woman 5 foot 3 inches & 155 pounds. She has one child. She had a mastopexy (breast lift) in 2006 using an anchor scar reduction technique. As time passed, she developed recurrent ptosis (breast sag). She also wanted improved breast fullness to improve her cleavage.

She is seen here 4 months after revision mastopexy to re-lift the breast with placement of 260 ml saline, submuscular breast implants to improve upper breast fullness and cleavage. Her cup size remained the same (D cup), however the overall breast shape is much improved. Pre-existing scars were used to perform the operation. These will fade and appear as they did in the preoperative state.
