This is a 44-year-old who had an augmentation in the past and is tired of her large breasts. She is seen here after percutaneous deflation of her implants. She had 250 ml in the right implant, and 400 ml in the left implant. She subsequently decided to have a breast lift to complete the rejuvenation of her breasts.
