Revision Augmentation

Case 9

This is a 47-year-old who had 360 ml saline breast augmentation and presented with a deflated right breast implant. She wanted to replace her implants with larger saline implants and had concerns about the implants falling into her armpits. She is seen here 3 months after a revision augmentation with exchange for 500 ml saline implants and bilateral capsulorrhaphies (tightening of the implant pocket).
