This is a 56 year old woman, 5 foot 4 inches & 120 pounds. She has 4 children. She requested breast implants to help with the involutional changes (lost breast volume) after breast-feeding.

She is seen here 4 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) with 265 ml silicone gel breast implants through an inframammary approach. Her bra size went from 36A to a 36C (she also had a tummy tuck).
