This is a 49 year old woman, 5 foot 7 inches, & is 140 pounds. She has 3 children. She requested implants to help restore lost breast volume after breast-feeding. She wanted a conservative look.

She is seen here 4 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) using 310 ml saline breast implants through an inframammary approach.
