This is a 41 year old, 5 foot 5 inches and 108 pounds. She has two children. She requested a very conservative, natural augmentation mammoplasty (per her request) to restore lost volume after having children.

She is seen here 1 year after a submuscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) with 200 ml saline implants inserted through an inframammary incision. Her breast size went from a 32A/B to a full 34A/B.
