Case 5

This is a 49 year old woman, 5 foot 8 inches & 156 pounds. She has 2 children. She requested augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) to help enhance her cleavage and the size of her breasts.

She is seen here 3 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty using 421 ml silicone gel breast implants through an inframammary approach. Her breast size went from a 34B to a 36D.
