This is a 51 year old woman, 5 foot 11 inches & 141 pounds. She has 2 children. She requested breast implants to help with the involutional changes (lost breast volume) after breast-feeding.

She is seen here 3 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) using 421 ml silicone gel breast implants through an inframammary approach. Her bra size went from 36A to 36D cup.
