This is a 28-year-old, 5 foot 10 inches tall, and 155 pounds. She requested enhancement of her breasts. She is seen here 1 year after a sub muscular augmentation with 400 ml, moderate profile silicone gel breast implants through and inframammary approach. Her bra size went from an “A” cup to a “C” cup.
