Case 3

This is a 33 year old woman, height is 5 foot 7 inches & 130 pounds. She has 4 children. She requested breast implants to help with the involutional changes (lost breast volume) after breast-feeding.

She is seen here 8 months after submuscular augmentation mammoplasty (breast implants) using silicone gel implants through a periareolar approach. The left breast silicone gel implant has 397 ml; the right breast silicone gel implant is 371 ml. Her breast size went from 36B to a 36D. (She also had a tummy tuck).
