Breast Augmentation

Case 29

This is a 55-year-old, 5’10” & 180 pounds. She has children and requested lifted and enhanced breasts. She is seen here 3 months after a sub-muscular breast augmentation using 445 ml Allergan Natrelle Inspira silicone gel implants through an inframammary incision. She started with a 38B bra size, but has not been measured since her augmentation. She also has ptosis (sag) of the breasts, and a lollipop lift was considered. However, we opted to go with the augmentation without the lift, and she is satisfied with the results.
