This is a 35-year-old nulliparous woman 5’3″ & 115 pounds. She requested more full breasts & cleavage. She is seen here 3 months after a submuscular augmentation mammoplasty using 397 moderate profile smooth round silicone implants. Her bra size went from a 34A to a 34D.
