Breast Augmentation

Case 26

This is 43 year-old, 5’10” tall & 135 pounds. She has 3 children and requested breast augmentation to help restore lost breast volume and shape after breastfeeding. She also has pectus excavatum of her sternum. She is seen here 3 months after a sub-muscular augmentation mammoplasty through an inframammary approach using saline implants (360 ml on the right & 375 ml on the left). Her bra size went from 34A/B to full C.
