Case 24

This is a 29 year-old, weight is 163 pounds, height is 5 foot 4 inches. She has 2 children. She requested augmentation to help improve her upper pole volume, shape and overall size. She has laxity and ptosis (sag) of her breasts but was not interested in a lift because of the scars. She is seen here 1 year after a bilateral sub-muscular augmentation using 500 ml saline implants through a periareolar approach. Despite some laxity, she is overall very happy with her results and her goals were achieved with an acceptable, natural result. Her bra size went from 38B to DD cup.
