Breast Augmentation

Case 23

This is a 44 year old, 5’6” tall & 128 pounds. She is a dancer and requested a conservative augmentation to restore lost volume. She is seen here 1 year after sub-muscular augmentation using 240 ml low profile silicone gel implants through an inframammary crease approach. She has some residual laxity in her breasts and we discussed the option of a mastopexy (breast lift) to help tighten the breast and lift the nipple. However, she is very happy with the overall outcome and does not want a lift. (She also had a tummy tuck).
