This is a 50 year old, 5’7” tall & 140 pounds. She requested breast augmentation to help fill her cleavage and naturally enhance her size.

She is seen here 3 months after a sub glandular (over the pectoralis muscle) augmentation mammoplasty using 304ml moderate profile smooth round silicone gel implants through an inframammary approach.
