This is a 49 year old, 5’3” tall & 103 pounds. She has given birth two children. She is seen here 1.5 years after an augmentation mammoplasty with 265 ml sub-muscular silicone gel implants through an inframammary approach (she also had a tummy tuck at the same time). Her bra size went from a 34B to 34DDD cup.
